When I'm sick
I like to snuggle up in blankets,
browse the internet for people like you who inspire me,
read books,
and call my mom on advice on what to do
she can make me feel so much better! (it's a mental thing.)
but unfortunately my parents are cross-country skiing
in the Flagstaff Arizona mountains and wont be home til...
well. they don't really tell me these things anymore...

Yesterday I decided to get some FRESH air by going to the post office
and on the way I stopped for a bit of thrifting at the D.I.
Just a browse and a cough later
temptation struck again
when my friend Emily Munk called to tell me about the cotton shop having a great deal on sewing machines.
(I've been talking about purchasing one for months!)
SO... in the unhealthy state I was in, I meandered into this fine store.
(p.s. valentines day is OVER cotton shop)
... I made the scariest decision of my young life!
I brought home a new baby...
I wrapped it up
and put it in the trunk
of my gas guzzling car
It came with accessories.
(thank goodness! I would not know how to take care of it)
I named it Trudie
and now it has a loving home
Later that night I was in Provo and ventured out with my friends.
We ate Cafe Rio,
visited Emily,
and saw the movie Tron in 3D
which was great
a bit clean-cut, disney-ish film, extravaganza, BUT overall awesome
ESPeCiaLLY the music.

LAST but not least
Living in old houses typically for their character is very cool
but renting a pad that has newer bathroom has it's pluses.
Baths are the BESSSST.
I had an essential oil bath ball that I dropped in
(notice the blue water (*no I'm not in hawaii like Alex Lovin, I wish))
and my tobacco & bergamot candle! mmm perfection.
Now I just need some animal loving. I really want a bunny.
Preferably a very large one with huge ears and giant black and white spots.
(I had a dream about it once and I named it Pepper. Some dreams should come true.)
A new addition to the family in the future?
